The following sample DCL script, MAKEGBL.COM, was written for a national HMO. From a sequential RMS field delimited file, MAKEGBL creates another RMS sequential file in M's %GTI format. MAKEGBL enables the creation of a M global of the user's design from any sequential RMS field delimited file.
